Physique Exercise Salon works to find an exercise regime that works for everyone! Whether it be our group classes or a private, one on one, session you will find the workout that is best for you. We offer our Pilates classes on the reformer machines. We have six machines, so classes are small and intimate. We also have TRX and Barre classes. We want to help you reach your fitness goals, whether it be to lose weight and tone your body or just maintain a healthy lifestyle. We also offer health coaching services if you need guidance with a new way of eating!

Your first visit
Upon arrival you will be greeted by one of our staff. They will show you the studio and have you fill out a health history form. Be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early to have ample time. We have cubbies for your personal items to be stored during your session. All sessions are 55 minutes long unless otherwise noted. We do have a private restroom in our studio so no need to worry if you need to change your clothes or use the facilities. Free, all day parking is available along Junipero St.
