TRX Suspension Training
Invented by a Navy SEAL and utilized by athletes and fitness trainers– TRX Suspension Training is appropriate for individuals at any fitness level. Suspension training is a unique form of exercise that leverages gravity and your body-weight to help build strength, lose weight and increase flexibility. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. TRX classes are easy to modify for injuries and limitations. The use of the suspension trainer straps help keep perfect form to prevent injury to the knees especially.
We like to add a cardio element to our TRX classes. We will offer modifications to add little hops or jumps to exercises like squats and lunges to elevate the heart rate and calorie burn!
